When you place an order with us and provide an email address online or over the phone we will send you an email to say your order is on its way.
Generally most of our orders go with Royal Mail so they should arrive with your normal postman. Occasionally we may decide to send your order by an alternative method for example if its heavy or the postal system is currently not available.
Royal Mail advise us to allow 2-7 working days for delivery of postal orders.
If you do not receive your order 7 days after dispatch please, in the first instance, check with your local post sorting office that they are not holding a package for you, and if they are not please allow 10 working days for delivery before contacting us as we are not able to contact Royal Mail and claim for non delivery until this time. In most cases we find that the postman has forgotten to leave a card advising of an attempted delivery and that the parcel is waiting collection at the local sorting office.

Please note a lost in post claim form will need to be completed before a replacement can be sent in order for us to make a claim on your behalf from the Royal Mail.
