We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. If you're not, just return the product to us, following the instructions in our returns policy, and we'll exchange or refund it.
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, if you buy online or by phone, your consumer rights entitle you to a full refund if you request one in writing within 14 days of delivery. This includes any standard delivery charge, but excludes the products listed as exceptions below.
Unless faulty or not as described, we cannot refund or offer an exchange on:
- Personalised or made-to-measure products
- Perishable goods
- Unsealed CDs, DVDs, tapes or other recording media, software or video
Outside 14 days the company may issue a credit note towards a replacement item / future order.
