Most of our orders arrive with the postman along with your other letters and we will try to pack your order in the smallest envelope possible so it fits through your letterbox.
Following extensive trials back in 2011 the Royal Mail are rolling out a "Delivery to Neighbour" scheme, wherein if the postman is unable to deliver something to you they'll deliver next door instead.
They leave you a new card that says your neighbour has it and you can call round to collect when you arrive back home saving you the need to travel to the post office.
Alternatively you can have your order delivered to your work address, or a friend / neighbour. To do this please enter your invoice address (where your credit card is registered) followed by a seperate delivery address and we will send your order here at no extra cost.
