Shipping & Delivery
Every product at Choice Stationery Supplies comes with free delivery direct to your door for not a penny more. We won't hit you with hidden surprises at the checkout - the price you see on screen really is the price you pay.
We offer a variety of delivery options from our standard free next day delivery to guaranteed courier next day delivery and even a pre noon and Saturday option for those really urgent orders. If you live in the Somerset or Devon area we will even deliver using our own van and driver adding that extra personal touch to your order.
Order before 4pm and if it's in stock we promise to dispatch it to you the very same working day. If we fail you can have the order on us for free. We realise how important it is to have printer ink when you need it and thats why if you place an order with us we'll get it to you as quickly as possible and that means right from start by shipping the same day.

Privacy & Security
When it comes to security we realise how important it is to securely store any information that you provide. Choice Stationery Supplies maintains the highest levels of security. Our site uses high-level SSL encryption technology, the most advanced security software currently available for online transactions.
For extra security we do not store any credit card information on our servers. Unfortunately this means that every time you shop with us this information is required, however we feel this extra step in the checkout process is worth the extra personal security for our customers.

Returns & Replacements
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you're not, you can return the product to us following our returns procedure, and we'll exchange or refund it to the credit or debit card of the person who originally placed and paid for the order. Unfortunately some products, such as software or specially ordered items are excluded from this and further information can be found in our Returns Policy.
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, if you buy online or by phone, your consumer rights entitle you to a full refund if you request one in writing within 14 working days of receipt. This includes any delivery charge if applicable, but excludes the products listed as exceptions in our Returns Policy.
Choice Stationery Supplies is proud to sell the exclusive range of Think inkjets and toners which all come with a 2 year no quibble guarantee. If you experience a problem with any Think compatible ink or toner cartridge it will be replaced at any time within two years - see further details on our range of Think consumables and why we think they're the best here.

We offer a variety of payment options at Choice Stationery Supplies.
Using SagePay we can offer a fast and secure payment gateway for all credit and debit cards and linking directly to the SagePay system means we don't store any credit card details on our servers ensuring that your card details are kept secure and safe.
PayPal offers you the ability to shop on our website without entering your credit card details. It's fast, secure and in just a few clicks you can have your order on its way to you.

All our prices include VAT and free delivery direct to your door anywhere in the UK. From time to time we run special offers on products or across our entire store and separate terms and conditions will apply to these individual offers at the time.
When you place an order with Choice Stationery Supplies we will keep you updated with its progress at all times. You will receive an email as soon as your order has been placed and a further email as soon as its dispatched and accepted by us. You can however log into your account using the My Account facility at the top of the screen and have access to your order history and view the status of any order.
